会议期间，程天科技负责人就标准内容，编制情况以及先进性进行了说明。评审专家组通过逐条审核及质询讨论后，最终形成意见报告。专家们认为该标准的修订符合行业发展需要，国内一流、国际领先的先进性特征显著，一致同意审核通过，可按程序报批后发布实施。
