科幻青年们的“钢铁侠”梦“，让机器人为每一个人服务。

在阿里巴巴西溪园区再往西三公里的利尔达物联网产业园区，有一家新型创业公司——程天科技。这里有一群爱好科幻的年轻创业者，他们把电影里的钢铁侠变成了现实。走进办公区，所有人有条不紊地做着自己的事，乍一看与一般的公司并没有什么不同。再仔细观察一下，发现这里又有点像男孩们的乐园。随处可见汽车模型、动漫手办……出现频率最高的，就要数“钢铁侠”。




“钢铁侠”就是他们的精神图腾，他们的梦想就是把电影里的“钢铁侠”变成现实。他们说，“要让每一人享受机器人的服务。”

程天科技是致力于外骨骼机器人技术、智能医疗器械等领域的创业公司。简单来讲，就是研发辅助器械帮助行动能力衰退的人。




在公司里，记者见到了三位联合创始人中的赵晴宇。他告诉记者，程天科技2012年成立，但他和另外两位合伙人早就认识了。“我们师出同门，都是哈尔滨工程大学毕业的。”

为什么选择外骨骼机器人的研发？这对赵晴宇团队来说，除却专业技术，还有个绕不开的情怀。

“我们都喜欢‘钢铁侠’，我们希望将无坚不摧的外骨骼变成现实，然后服务于人类。”赵晴宇说道，“因为当你亲眼看到身边的亲人因为失去了行动能力，身体的各个机能都开始衰退时，这实在太沉重和残酷。那为什么我们不能去解决患者这些实际存在的问题呢？”

为解决社会问题而出发
让机械更有温度


让人活更自由、体面、幸福、有尊严，是“程天三剑客”创业的初衷。寻求到一个有温度的支点，赵晴宇和伙伴们的才情发挥到极致。




赵晴宇告诉记者，公司里有一位做新媒体运营的员工是位残障人士，同时，他也是产品体验官。“我们最早研发的外骨骼机器人，只是帮助了使用者能够行走，但是在体验上并不是太好。现在，我们让真正行动不便的人体验，然后不断改进，使得产品越来越具有温度。”




同时，程天科技是国内最早将意图获取应用到机器人产品上的。

程天的外骨骼机器人在协助患者行走的过程中无需患者按键操控，全部动作由患者行走意图触发。也就是说，患者身体向前倾一点，机器人就自动感应到患者向前走的意图。

对程天来说，攻克这一点，便实现了国内行业的技术领先，这离不开团队成员们的工匠精神。在看似一直在玩的工作氛围里，研发人员其实一直在默默书写着“执着”二字。为了让不同身高、体重、年龄、病情的患者更安全、舒适的穿戴外骨骼机器人，程天科技就书包带一样的元件，就做了上百次的优化。



“在10日的阿里年会上，马云说，他们所做的决定和所投入的技术，以及所做的产品，都是从是否可以解决社会的问题出发的。这种情怀和社会责任感，也是我们一直所学习和所坚持的。”赵晴宇多次强调，让每一人享受机器人的服务，让人活更自由、体面、幸福、有尊严，他们并不是说说而已。
