From the 15th to the 17th, the 2024 Academic Annual Conference of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association Rehabilitation Physicians Branch, hosted by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association and the Rehabilitation Physicians Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association and hosted by the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, was successfully held. RoboCT Technology exhibited the UGO series of rehabilitation exoskeleton.
With the theme of "New Technology, High Quality, Strong Disciplines", the conference covers orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, respiratory rehabilitation, severe rehabilitation, children's rehabilitation, and elderly rehabilitation, aiming to exchange and promote new theories of rehabilitation.
This annual meeting has set up 2 main venues and 21 sub-venues, with rich content. Many experts and scholars in the industry appeared on stage to share their insights. Professor ZHOU Mouwang, director of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Peking University School of Medicine and president of the Rehabilitation Physicians Branch, served as the chairman of the conference. He gave a keynote speech with the theme of "Connotation of the Discipline of Rehabilitation", emphasizing that the core connotation of rehabilitation is functions based on pathophysiology.
RoboCT has been focusing on the development and application of rehabilitation exoskeleton. Based on exoskeleton robotics, it has launched URA, UGO and KidGo Series for orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, children's rehabilitation respectively. The rehab exoskeleton, through precise biomechanical design and advanced sensing technology applications, can monitor the wearer's movement status in real time and provide customized rehabilitation training programs to enhance recovery of body functions.
In addition to hardware products, RoboCT is also committed to building an intelligent rehabilitation ecosystem, using cutting-edge technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to conduct in-depth analysis and mining of users' rehabilitation, which may provide more porfessional training suggestions for lower-limb rehabilitation.
