On the 10th, the Zhejiang Provincial Innovation and Deepening Conference was held in Hangzhou, at which the list of winners of the 2022 Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Award was announced. Led by RoboCT Technology and working together with Zhejiang University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Zhejiang Provincial Medical Device Inspection and Research Institute, the "R&D and Industrial Application of Key Technologies for Rehab Exoskeleton" won the second prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Scientific Progress Award.

This award-winning achievement has made a breakthrough in key technologies for the core components of exoskeleton. The technical indicators have fully reached and partially exceeded internationally renowned R&D teams and manufacturers. It has achieved the localization of core components of exoskeletons and has broken the monopoly of the United States, Japan and Switzerland in this industry.

Through the integrated design method of motors, reducers, drives, and sensors proposed in this achievement, a high-torque density drive-control integrated joint module product has been developed, which has been used in the field of rehabilitation. Interactive comfort and safety optimization of the equipment have been highly recognized in terms of technological innovation, practicality, and wide application by the official authorities, industry associations and other organizations.

At the same time, the exoskeleton technology have been successfully industrialized and have been clinically practiced in hundreds of hospitals inside and outside Zhejiang Province, and are now being applied more widely across the country. The use of rehab exoskeletons greatly improves the patient's rehabilitation efficiency, reduces the physical exertion of thyrapists, and optimizes the rehabilitation experience. With the help of this achievement, RoboCT's revenue has increased exponentially in the past three years, and has driven the revenue growth of medical and healthcare institutions.
