Recently, the Provincial Department of Economics and Information Technology announced the list of 2023 advanced (future) technological innovation achievements of Zhejiang Province. A total of 104 technological innovation achievements were identified, and RoboCT Technology's "Human-Machine Symbiosis Exoskeleton Robot" was on the list. In order to deeply implement the innovation-driven development strategy in the province and improve the transformation and industrialization of technological innovation achievements, this list is released after application and recommendation, expert review, online publicity and other links, aiming to better play the demonstration role of enterprises and promote the realization of higher level innovation and industrial transformation.
The rehabilitation exoskeleton developed by RoboCT Technology is mainly used in the clinical exercise rehabilitation of hemiplegia or paraplegia caused by stroke or spinal cord injury. It assists users in standard walking training and realizes motor nerve remodeling. Domestic rehabilitation resources are insufficient, and patients miss the effective solution for the golden period of rehabilitation. The rehabilitation exoskeleton adopts motion intention detection technology based on pressure and posture fusion to ensure the safety of the man-machine system. According to the clinical application results of the rehabilitation exoskeleton, after using the rehabilitation exoskeleton, the user's Fugl-Meyer score and Holden classification were significantly improved (p<0.05), and the walking function and comprehensive function were improved by more than 60% compared with the traditional method, achieving effective recover.
The popularization and application of RoboCT's rehabilitation exoskeleton will help to improve the intelligentization of equipment, digitalization and precision of rehabilitation services in hospital rehabilitation departments and rehabilitation hospitals.
